Sapiens International Corporation N.V., known for its intelligent SaaS-based software for insurers worldwide, just brought Eva Skidmore on board as the new Chief Marketing Officer. This move shows Sapiens is serious about staying ahead—focusing on innovation, staying at the front of the market, and growing fast, especially as artificial intelligence changes how companies compete.
With Skidmore as CMO, Sapiens gains a marketing leader who knows her way around global, high-growth B2B SaaS businesses. She’s not just taking over the marketing team—she’s being asked to reshape it into a single, data- and AI-driven engine that works tightly with sales, product teams, and partners. That’s the direction Sapiens wants: everything moving together, smarter and faster.
Skidmore started her new role on April 1, 2026, running the global Marketing group out of Sapiens’ London headquarters. She’ll work side by side with the executive team to help the company grow its footprint in core markets.
Timing matters for Sapiens. The company has gone through some big changes—including leadership shifts and new energy around customer-focused innovation. Bringing in Skidmore is part of that bigger plan.
If you look at where Sapiens is heading, AI is front and center. Skidmore’s marching orders are clear: integrate artificial intelligence into everything marketing does. It’s not just about following a trend—AI is changing how companies understand their customers, generate demand, and track what’s working.
Her job will be to weave AI insights throughout the go-to-market process, from gathering market data to positioning products and engaging customers. By leaning on AI, Sapiens is aiming for more targeted campaigns, faster execution, and results you can measure.
This fits perfectly with what Sapiens is all about—helping insurers tackle a digital world with smarter automation, analytics, and decision-making tools.
Skidmore brings a wealth of marketing leadership from top tech companies. Before Sapiens, she led a marketing overhaul at JAGGAER, helping them reach new heights. She’s also worked in key roles at Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, RightNow Technologies, and Socrata. Her experience covers brand management, product marketing, demand generation, and revenue-focused operations across North America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific.
Her reputation is for driving change in big, complicated companies—especially where markets are crowded, customers’ needs keep shifting, and technology is moving quickly. She has a real focus on results, building strong teams, and syncing up with sales and product groups so marketing isn’t off in its own world.
She earned her MBA from the University of Michigan and lives in Bozeman, Montana.
James Hannay, Sapiens’ Chief Revenue Officer, called Skidmore a “visionary and expert marketing leader.” He pointed out her track record with B2B SaaS companies and said her leadership will be key as Sapiens grows globally.
Skidmore herself is excited about the opportunity. She called this a “defining moment” for Sapiens, praising the company’s strong customer relationships, technology portfolio, and talented workforce. Her sights are set on driving innovation, modernizing how Sapiens goes to market, and putting customers front and center.
Sapiens has built a strong position as a top provider of SaaS-based platforms for the insurance industry. The software helps insurers modernize operations, automate tasks, dig into analytics, and build for the future—across everything from property and casualty to workers’ comp, life insurance, and reinsurance.
Right now, Sapiens serves more than 600 clients in over 30 countries, and they’re still expanding. Their participation in the Microsoft Top 100 Partner program shows the industry recognizes their technology and influence.
For insurers trying to keep up with the breakneck pace of digital change and new technologies, Sapiens gives them a way to stay competitive.
Bringing in Skidmore means several things for Sapiens:
Sapiens isn’t alone—their focus on customer-centric, AI-driven growth matches what top software companies everywhere are doing. There’s big demand for leaders with deep SaaS, global, and transformation experience as competition heats up.
Skidmore’s background gives Sapiens a clear edge as they navigate this environment.
Bringing Eva Skidmore into the fold marks a big moment for Sapiens—one that says they’re doubling down on innovation, AI, and integrated leadership. With her at the helm, Sapiens is positioned to strengthen its place in the global market, build even stronger relationships with customers, and deliver the advanced solutions insurers need in a fast-changing world.
This leadership shift is set to make Sapiens a more agile, data-driven company—ready to help insurers thrive despite the challenges of digital disruption.
