

Publicis Groupe has launched Publicis Digital Experience (PDX) in the Indian market, which is an innovative approach to harness the power of AI-enabled customer experience, social engagement, and CRM solutions. This initiative brings in the collective knowledge base of Digitas India, Razorfish India, and Indigo Consulting.
PDX will enable brands to look beyond the issue of customer acquisition and focus instead on the areas of engagement, conversion, loyalty, and lifetime value. It will function through three main practices: Social at PDX, using cultural intelligence and the power of creators; Platforms and CRM led by AI; and the Technology Centre of Excellence.
Amaresh Godbole has been appointed as the CEO for PDX India, aiming to head this new formation and deliver measurable business outcomes for their clients as well. PDX plans to empower their brands with personalization, building trust, with the help of creativity, technology, and data.
