Fossil Group has appointed Priyamvada Jagia as India Brand Marketing Head for Armani brands, including Emporio Armani and Armani Exchange watches and jewelry. She joined the company in September 2025 and is based in India, leading brand strategy and marketing initiatives for the luxury portfolio in this key market.
Jagia brings over five years of experience from Xiaomi India, where she held roles in product marketing across smartphones, audio, wearables, and more. She drove go-to-market strategies, integrated ATL/BTL campaigns, celebrity endorsements, and major launches like Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi CIVI, and Redmi 12 series across TV, digital, retail, e-commerce, and quick commerce channels.
Announcing her role on LinkedIn, Jagia reflected on her “transformative” half-decade at Xiaomi, calling 2025 her year of reinvention into luxury and fashion. Now entering 2026 as the “Year of the Fire Horse,” she expressed enthusiasm for leading Armani’s India marketing with passion.
Her career highlights include managing Diwali sales campaigns, sustenance efforts, and multiple product rollouts at Xiaomi, plus earlier stints at PhonePe, 22feet Tribal Worldwide, and Rasta in content strategy, brand execution, and digital campaigns. Educated at FMS Delhi, TISS, and SRCC, she’s earned accolades like Xiaomi’s Pinnacle Performer H1 2024.
Jagia’s hire signals Fossil’s push to elevate Armani’s presence amid India’s luxury watch and jewelry boom. Her tech-honed skills in consumer segmentation, media strategy, and 360° campaigns position her to blend Armani’s elegance with scalable, performance-driven marketing tailored for diverse Indian audiences.
This move underscores a talent shift from consumer tech to premium fashion, equipping Fossil/Armani with battle-tested launch expertise. As India’s affluent class expands, Jagia could drive innovative campaigns that fuse global prestige with local resonance, fueling category leadership.
