

Netweb Technologies stated Q3 FY26 net profit of Rs. 73.3 crores, representing an increase of 146.7% YoY (Q3 last year: Rs. 29.7 crore). Revenue from operations reached Rs. 804.9 crores for Q3 FY26, 141% higher versus Rs. 333.9 crore recorded in Q3 FY25.
Operating EBITDA was up 127.1% loaded at Rs. 97.9 crores versus Q3 FY25, while margins decreased from 12.9% a year ago to 12.2% currently. Quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) profits increased by more than 133%, whilst revenue increased by 165% from Q2 FY26.
Additionally, Sanjay Lodha was re-appointed Managing Director/Chairman for another five-year term commencing August 14, 2026.
Our “best quarter ever” was largely due to the increasing demand for AI technologies (accounting for over 64% of revenue), further demonstrating Netweb’s growing position in India’s high-end computing market, although there continue to be concerns regarding profit margins.
